As a CRM Manager (f/m/d), you will assist in driving and implementing CRM marketing strategy for online casino clients. You will implement a marketing plan that will increase client retention, convert new players, and prevent churn. You will also be working with technical teams and provide support for marketing tools/software. You will be involved in all aspects of CRM marketing including day-to-day marketing activities, and be responsible for all CRM marketing activities.

Your tasks

Develop and implement a winning CRM marketing strategy, implement your plan, monitor your activities, and report business KPIs. 
  • Define CRM Casino schedules and action plans as well as coordinating execution, monitoring and reporting 
  • Create and manage targeted retention campaigns / promotions for all products 
  • Overall responsibility for B2C communications and VIP strategy 
  • Define and manage CRM workflows from brief requests to production, delivery and reporting, coordinating with varying stakeholders and departments (CRM, IT, Design, Customer Support, Product, BI)
  • Detailed reporting on all CRM and retention activity, KPIs 
  • Propose any necessary changes or improvements to processes and strategies to achieve KPI targets 
  • Product Owner for CRM tools and platforms, including responsibility for expressing any needs for additional resources required for the team to ensure it delivers on targets and projects
  • Liaise with designers on creatives and marketing tools 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field
  • Previous experience in a related CRM marketing role preferable
  • Experience with customer segmentation tools such as Optimove
  • Data-driven, solution-oriented, analytical personality and user-oriented
  • Creatively driven with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, strong project management skills and an agile approach to handling ad-hoc situations
  • Interest and knowledge of the online gaming industry
  • Flexibility and calm under pressure
  • Fluency in both English and German
