Your tasks

  • Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction and handling of all general enquiries.
  • Assist players through email, live chat and inbound phone calls.
  • Provide our customers with the best level of service.
  • Provide technical support with common problems such as cookies, browsers and updates. 
  • Report customer issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable. 
  • Acquire a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casino.
  • Provide explanations to customers about our product/site/policies.
  • Keep up to date with new information/procedures.
  • Support and guide customers with all requests and escalate and follow up where necessary.
  • Ensure quality assurance, KPI’s and SLA’s are met.
  • Respond to player comments on our social media channels. 
  • Work with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year, including weekends and public holidays - Work is scheduled on a shift basis. 

Your profile

  • C1 level or higher in both written and spoken German and English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with customers across various channels (e.g., chat, email, phone).
  • Very good PC skills are essential, including fast and accurate typing.
  • Confident navigating and using a range of digital tools, such as CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and internal communication tools.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and public holidays.
