Your tasks

  • Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction, and handling of all general enquiries.
  • Assisting players through email, live chat and inbound phone calls.
  • Providing our players with the best level of service.
  • Provide technical support with common problems such as cookies, browsers and updates.
  • Report player issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable.
  • Acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casino.
  • Provide explanations to players about our product/site/policies.
  • Keep up to date with new information/procedures.
  • Supporting and guiding players with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary.
  • Ensure quality assurance, KPI’s and SLA’s are met.
  • Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year.
  • Support primarily on weekends and public holidays.
  • Work is scheduled on shift basis.
  • Responding to player comments on our social media channels.

Your profile

  • High level of customer service skills and good communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of internet and mobile apps.
  • A proven team player factor with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Experience in iGaming or a keen interest in casino and sportsbook would be advantageous.
  • Very good level of English and a native level of written and spoken Italian (at a native or near native level).
