Your tasks
- Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction, and handling of all general enquiries.
- Assisting players through email, live chat and inbound phone calls.
- Providing our players with the best level of service.
- Provide technical support with common problems such as cookies, browsers and updates.
- Report player issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable.
- Acquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casino.
- Provide explanations to players about our product/site/policies.
- Keep up to date with new information/procedures.
- Supporting and guiding players with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary.
- Ensure quality assurance, KPI’s and SLA’s are met.
- Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year.
- Support primarily on weekends and public holidays.
- Work is scheduled on shift basis.
- Responding to player comments on our social media channels.
Your profile
- High level of customer service skills and good communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of internet and mobile apps.
- A proven team player factor with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience in iGaming or a keen interest in casino and sportsbook would be advantageous.
- Very good level of English and a native level of written and spoken Italian (at a native or near native level).
