EUC Engineer – Endpoint Management (Intune & Autopilot)

We’re looking for a skilled EUC Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of our endpoint management domain, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, integrated with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Defender.
This is a hands-on, engineering-driven role where you’ll design, implement, and continuously improve modern device management solutions. Rather than working through day-to-day tickets, you’ll lead projects, establish standards and best practices, and automate repetitive processes to enhance security, scalability, and the overall end-user experience.
Your tasks
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Intune environment (profiles, compliance, app deployment, reporting), including Conditional Access alignment with Entra ID.
- Lead Windows Autopilot onboarding scenarios and improve lifecycle processes.
Drive endpoint update strategy including Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and update rings. - Partner with Security/Identity to enforce Zero Trust controls including BitLocker and Microsoft Defender / antivirus.
- Operate within ITIL and change management practices using ServiceNow, and maintain clear documentation/runbooks.
What success looks like (first 90 days):
- Own the basics: Understand the environment, processes (ITIL/ServiceNow), and take ownership of the endpoint management scope without micromanagement.
- Deliver one visible improvement: Implement a measurable improvement (e.g., compliance posture, Autopilot reliability, update ring strategy, reporting).
- Standardize & document: Publish at least two runbooks/knowledge articles and deliver one improvement that reduces manual operational effort.
Your profile
- Fluent English Language Skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of Entra ID concepts relevant to endpoints and security-aligned device management.
- Experience with endpoint security controls and operational workflows involving Microsoft Defender.
- Experience operating environments at scale (thousand+ endpoints).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in automation using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or similar scripting to optimize EUC operations.
- Working knowledge of Citrix DaaS / VDI concepts.
- Exposure to BeyondTrust EPM, third-party application patching, and/or DEX tooling.
