Your tasks
- Guide and contribute to the initial game design
- Create detailed game design documents covering visuals, sounds, and math concepts
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Resolve design-related issues in collaboration with specialists
- Develop project plans with clear milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate with artists, programmers, and sound designers to ensure project alignment
- Identify and solve design, technical, or production challenges
- Continuously update design documents to reflect project developments
- Integrate feedback from playtests and QA sessions to enhance the game's design
- Research gaming markets to identify trends and successful gameplay mechanics
- Compile research findings to inform game development strategies
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in game design or a related field
- 3+ years experience in Slots Games Design
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of game design principles, creation processes, and industry requirements
- Passion for the Slots/Gambling industry
- Basic understanding of mathematics, combinatorics, and graphics
- Experience with prototyping tools and coding
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and JIRA
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong social and presentation abilities
