Your tasks
- Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, coordinating planning efforts and collecting business inputs for P&L, balance sheets, and KPIs ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure data completeness and plausibility
- Analyze group-wide controlling processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement optimization measures
- Automate existing processes in Group Controlling by enhancing current tools and systems
- Tableau developments and maintenance of existing reports
- Deliver a comprehensive group-level reporting for the designated verticals
- Support the board group presentation of the monthly results
- Work on analyzing monthly results and make recommendations
- Support post-merger integration, ensuring alignment with financial processes and reporting requirements
- Partner with operational leaders and support the development of new business cases within your assigned business unit
- Deliver comprehensive ad hoc reports to various stakeholders as requested
- Analyze these reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes
Your profile
- A completed higher education (Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field)
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis in a group or multinational organization
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Tableau experience is a must
- Knowledge in automating processes and using up to date solutions as an advantage
- Experience working with Business Central, Infor or Power BI is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
