HR Assistant
Your tasks
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries on the administration of benefits and leave
- Acting as the main administrator for our HR systems (HR system and other HR internal software)
- Filing and maintaining archive system when needed
- Ensuring employee data is stored in line with legislative and Group policies
- Administrative tasks related to employee benefits
- Drafting of administrative documents such as but not limited to contracts, addenda, letters
- Assisting in organizing and executing company events
- Supporting with the work permit process
- Assisting TA team with onboarding administration
- Assisting in organizing and executing training
- Assisting in the organisation of interviews for recruitment
Your profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience in HRIS as a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- 0-2 years in HR or administrative roles, with experience in benefits administration, onboarding, or recruitment as a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling employee inquiries and drafting documents
- High integrity, confidentiality, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
