Your tasks
- Oversee Game Development Lifecycle: Direct and manage the entire process of game development from concept to launch, ensuring projects align with the studio’s vision, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate external suppliers of graphics, sounds and development.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute the studio's long-term strategy, including market positioning, game portfolio development, and technological innovation, to achieve business objectives and sustain competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including publishers and the gaming community, to ensure support for studio projects and alignment with market demands.
- Financial Management: Oversee the studio's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, ensuring the studio operates efficiently and is positioned for sustainable growth.
- Brand and Product Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to define branding and marketing strategies that enhance the visibility and appeal of games, driving player engagement and retention.
- Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to guide the studio's innovation efforts, ensuring the creation of cutting-edge and market-leading games.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in casino games design/development, with a focus on slot games
- Extensive experience in the i-gaming industry
- Experience with leading project teams from start to end
- Ability to handle various tasks and projects simultaneously
- Extraordinary interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills with employees and managers in all ranks
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Conceptual and analytical thinking
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
