Your tasks
- Lead and develop the Group Controlling and Reporting team, including team leads
- Define and implement synergies between controlling and reporting tasks to optimize processes
- Strategically manage team resources and align department goals with organizational targets
- Oversee accurate and timely IFRS reporting for monthly, half-year, and year-end results
- Prepare management reporting for the Greentube Board, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition
- Manage and present financial analysis, ad-hoc scenarios, and profitability insights for verticals and products
- Continuously enhance internal reporting and enterprise planning tools in collaboration with business departments
- Own the IT Roadmap for Group Controlling and Reporting applications, ensuring tools are optimized for maximum efficiency
- Develop concepts for improved transparency and integration of newly acquired companies
- Manage HR controlling processes, including personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
- Oversee investment controlling activities to support financial and strategic planning
Your profile
- A degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in a controlling or finance management role
- Extensive knowledge of accounting (local and IFRS GAAP), financial reporting, and controlling
- ERP System Business Central and INFOR knowledge as a plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and IT tools, with an affinity for innovative solutions
- Integrated financial understanding and ability to oversee complex processes
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Strategic thinking with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex analyses clearly to stakeholders
- Creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively
