YOUR TASKS
- Review and control payment orders prepared by the Accounting team
- Sign and execute payment orders to suppliers and subsidiaries
- Support Accounting and other teams with payment-related queries
- Monitor the balances of the group bank accounts in form of the weekly bank overview
- Perform Cash Flow forecasts
- Administration of the petty cash balances for the Group
- Serve as contact person to banks and other third parties
- Opening of new bank accounts
- Be responsible for Know Your Customer queries of banks and other stakeholders
- Apply for and deliver corporate cards on behalf of employees
- Serve as a point of contact towards our card providers
- Independently resolve issues with card use, reporting and management
YOUR PROFILE
- High school education (Bachelor in business preferred, but not mandatory)
- First working experience preferable, but not mandatory
- Fluent German in reading, writing and speaking
- Business-level English in reading, writing and speaking
- Italian language is a plus
- MS office, especially Excel advanced knowledge is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills due to the need to relate to both internal and external stakeholders
- Resistance to stress from uncertain situations and short timeframes
- Highly motivated to take on challenging tasks on the other hand also confident with being responsible for repetitive standardized tasks
