Your tasks

  • Trade Show Management: Partner with / support our B2B Marketing team to orchestrate seamless trade show experiences, from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-up, ensuring our brand shines brightly amidst industry gatherings.
  • Sales Team Support: Empower our sales team with compelling assets and guidance, from LinkedIn banners to email signatures, amplifying their outreach and reinforcing our brand message effectively.
  • Campaign Support: Monitor creation of visually appealing assets for customer campaigns, supporting key client mkt promotions, and providing guidance to ensure campaign success.
  • Merchandising Coordination: Coordinate the production and distribution of merchandise to bolster B2B initiatives, negotiating with partners to align efforts with marketing objectives seamlessly.
  • Product Promotions: Craft comprehensive plans for product promotion activities, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and provide strategic oversight for all design related aspects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in Marketing, Business, or Economy 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing (or a strong internship experience in marketing, events, or similar field)
  • Good B2B knowledge and/or events industry knowledge with passion for traveling and out of the box marketing solutions
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in a second language is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year to trade shows, coordinating booth presence, hospitality, and client interactions with our energetic sales team
  • A knack for teamwork and collaboration, combined with strong analytical and project management abilities
