The Sales & Key Account Management team drives Greentube’s growth by building lasting partnerships across the global iGaming industry. As a B2B Sales & Key Account Manager, this role combines strategic relationship-building with commercial acumen, ensuring our partners thrive while strengthening Greentube’s position in key markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role bridges client needs, business goals, and long-term success.
Your tasks
- Gather market insights and identify new sales opportunities
- Plan and forecast revenues for assigned clients in alignment with line manager
- Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, and maintenance
- Build and grow strategic relationships with major online casino operators
- Serve as the main contact for Greentube’s B2B customers and manage key accounts
- Engage regularly with customers to uncover insights and guide sales/product strategies
- Strengthen and expand business relationships to maximize mutual profitability
- Coordinate across internal teams (Legal, Accounting, Integration, Technical, Product, Marketing)
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM and follow operational workflows
- Track business performance and report regularly to the line manager
Your profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree (Sales, Economics or comparable) and/or internships in Sales, Business Development or similar
- Strong written verbal communication skills in English (Slovak/Czech language is a plus)
- Independent and customer orientated work style
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
- Comfortable with delivering at pace and working in a commercial environment
