At Greentube Malta, we’re always looking for talented people to join our growing team, and we’re now looking for a NOC Engineer to come on board!
As a NOC Engineer, you’ll play an important role in keeping our iGaming operations running smoothly 24/7. You’ll monitor our production environment, handle events and incidents, and work closely with other technical teams to ensure the availability and stability of our services. Clear communication, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of systems and networks are key to success in this role.

Your tasks
- Work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts to provide 24/7 operational coverage.
- Monitor the production environment, gaming systems, and services to identify and respond to issues.
- Manage events and incidents, performing troubleshooting and resolution where possible.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for operational issues during your shift.
- Provide B2B technical support and ensure issues are handled within agreed SLAs.
- Follow established escalation procedures for incidents requiring further technical support.
- Resolve incidents within the NOC’s scope and maximise the first-resolution rate.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Prepare daily shift reports covering incidents, system status, and relevant activities.
- Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering, and other technical teams to ensure effective incident resolution and service continuity.
Your profile
- Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including switches, routers, firewalls, IPS, etc.
- Experience with professional monitoring tools is considered an asset.
- Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive communication and a strong problem-solving mindset.
- High level of resilience and the ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
- Reliable, precise, and detail-oriented approach to work.
