Your tasks
- Gather market specific knowledge and identify new sales opportunities
- Plan/estimate revenues for assigned clients via the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with line manager
- Take overall ownership of the customer lifecycle (onboarding, activation and maintenance)
- Build and develop new strategic business relationships with main online casino operators through sales, supply chain and product management
- Take ownership of all relevant customer relations on behalf of Greentube and be the key contact for Greentube’s B2B customers
- Drive regular engagement with customers and business partners to surface key insights and influence sales as well as product placement strategies
- Manage and nurture strategically targeted business relationships with established and new customers with the objective of maximizing synergetic profit
- Coordinate between all relevant stakeholders within the B2B lifecycle (Legal, Accounting, Games Integration, Technical Account Management Product and Marketing)
- Coordinate the overall sales strategy and product launches together with Greentube’s Italian subsidiary and distributor Capecod
- Ensure sales documentation via Greentube’s CRM tool and documentation as outlined in the operational workflow
- Monitor ongoing business and opportunities and provide regular reporting to line manager
Your profile
- Completed Studies (Sales, Economics or comparable)
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the gaming industry
- Strong written verbal communication skills (English and Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian, any other language is a plus)
- Proven sales and / or CRM experience with B2B focus
- Experience of managing major international accounts
- Independent and customer orientated work style
- Problem solver
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Interest in technical solutions
- Comfortable with delivering at pace and working in a commercial environment
- Highly self-motivated
