Here at Greentube Malta we're always on the lookout for the best talent out there and we're now looking for a Senior AML Analyst to hop on board and join the team!
If you have high attention to detail, you're analytical with an investigative mindset and you have a solid understanding of the iGaming industry and AML best practices - we are looking for you!

Your tasks

  • AML report monitoring
  • Assisting with enhanced/due diligence procedures
  • Supporting the team in staff training & providing regular training to the team
  • Conduct Quality Assurance checks and promote a high level of standard within the team
  • Supporting projects in existing and future markets
  • Ensure compliant AML operations across the company
  • Support the Team Lead with maintaining proper documentation of departmental processes and procedures
  • Working on shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays; no late or night shifts
  • Act as a point of escalation for AML analysts and handle escalations from other teams and/or departments when the Team Lead is not available
  • Assist the team lead with regularly reviewing the performance of any reports, alerts or other monitoring tools to ensure that these are delivering expected results
  • Attend internal and external meetings/webinars and ensure that relevant knowledge is disseminated to the team
  • Ad hoc duties are required by line managers
  • Work on shift basis and act as shift runner and main point of contact for the team during weekends (two types of day shifts; between 8 am and 4:30 pm; and 10 am to 6:30 pm)

Your profile

  • Excellent level of English with great communication skills, both written and spoken
  • iGaming background and minimum 2 years' experience within the AML and/or Compliance field
  • Previous experience with conducting trainings would be considered a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of KYC procedures specifically the due diligence requirements
  • Knowledge of AML best practices and ability to comfortably investigate potential occurrences of both matter.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mind
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload while assisting with overlooking and coordinating the team in a very fast paced and changing environment
  • Organizational skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • Task prioritization and time-management
  • Reliable, high level of integrity and work ethics
