We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior ERP Inhouse Consultant – Business Central (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, optimizing business processes, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a particular focus on Finance. If you possess deep technical and functional expertise, a solid understanding of financial processes, and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration, we look forward to your application.

Your tasks

  • Conducting requirements analyses and providing expert consultation to internal departments
  • Continuous development and optimization of business processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Solution design and implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on Finance
  • Creating documentation, training key users, and providing ongoing user support
  • Developing and enhancing the existing ERP system using AL, in cooperation with external partners
  • Supporting financial evaluations and reports, particularly in the context of year-end closing
  • Connecting and maintaining interfaces to other systems

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV), especially in the Finance module
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, ideally with practical accounting experience or qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with AL development
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in training and supporting users, as well as documenting technical and functional topics
  • Experience working with external IT/service partners is a plus
