We are looking for a Product Project Manager (PPM) to support our software development teams and help us deliver features and initiatives smoothly and effectively. This role is about bringing people together, keeping things organized, and making sure our projects move forward in a structured way.
You will be coordinating work across 15–20 agile teams, helping to identify dependencies, keeping track of progress, and making sure communication flows easily between everyone involved. It’s not just about follow-ups — we’re looking for someone who can add value by asking the right questions, connecting the dots, and ensuring that the delivery process feels clear and well-supported.
A strong understanding of software development processes and our system landscape is important, as you will need to see how different parts of our product fit together and how teams depend on one another.
Your tasks
- Support and coordinate projects across multiple agile development teams
- Keep everyone updated and ensure information is shared clearly and on time
- Help identify and manage dependencies between teams and systems
- Organize and guide discussions to support decision-making and progress
- Ensure project delivery is smooth, structured, and well-communicated
- Present and explain topics in a clear and engaging way to different audiences
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of software development and how complex systems work together
- Experience with Agile processes and working across multiple teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Curious and proactive, not afraid to ask questions to get the full picture
- Organized and structured, with the ability to keep track of progress across multiple teams
- Enjoys working with people and helping teams succeed together
