Your tasks

Guide teams in applying Scrum/Agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality products
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and transparent
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on progress
Possess a solid understanding of software development practices, system architecture, and technical dependencies
Facilitate discussions between technical teams to resolve blockers and ensure alignment
Support Agile transformation efforts across the organization
Work with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in Agile practices
Proactively Identify, manage, and mitigate risks or issues impacting team performance or delivery timelines
Drive retrospectives and ensure actionable outcomes are implemented
Encourage experimentation and learning to enhance team efficiency and innovation

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in understanding APIs, or microservices is a plus
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, German is a plus
