Every successful product starts with empowered teams. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the driving force behind collaboration, focus, and continuous improvement — helping our teams deliver state-of-the-art solutions that shape the future of our platform.
We are looking for enthusiastic, engaged, and open-minded professionals who thrive in dynamic environments. Since technologies evolve quickly, specific framework experience is less important than the right mindset, attitude, and passion for Agile ways of working.
Your tasks
- Guide teams in applying Scrum and Agile principles, facilitating key ceremonies to drive high-quality delivery
- Act as a servant leader and coach to foster collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep the backlog transparent, priorities clear, and expectations well managed
- Facilitate technical discussions with Developers and QA to align on dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure feasibility and quality
- Actively remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and manage risks to keep teams focused, performing, and on track for timely delivery
- Track team performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown) and drive retrospectives that turn insights into actionable improvements, fostering efficiency and innovation
- Support Agile transformation across the organization by aligning with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure consistency in practices and culture
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with experience in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools; knowledge of APIs or microservices is a plus
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor Agile teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills to engage diverse stakeholders, remove impediments, and guide teams in dynamic environments
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and bridge perspectives between Developers, QA, and Product Owners
- Hands-on experience in software development or IT project management is a plus
- Experience in large-scale or distributed Agile environments; familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS and relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, A-CSM, SSM, PSM) are a plus
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
