As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you'll be part of a vibrant team of developers who are continually shaping the architecture and evolution of our cutting-edge backend services. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the highest quality and reliability of our services by blending software development with automated testing.

We are looking for passionate and proactive individuals with a strong theoretical foundation, top-notch coding skills, and a readiness to embrace new challenges. While specific framework experience is less critical, a forward-thinking mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies are essential. 

Your tasks

  • Responsible for overall test management process and defining the test strategy and planning
  • Ensuring visibility, tractability, and control of the testing process to deliver high-quality software
  • Collaborating with developers to identify and develop the scope of testing, ensuring seamless integration with development
  • Designing, developing, and implementing automated test cases integrated with the development process
  • Creation and management of regression and acceptance test scenarios
  • Carrying out test runs and analyzing problems, bug triage, and tracking
  • Automate integration tests on staging and production environments
  • Identification and implementation of improvements in our test automation process
  • Active involvement throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), supporting release, build, and deployment in CI/CD pipelines
  • 2nd/3rd level support and investigation with the team on production issues

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in API and UI test automation using C#
  • Experience with test case and defect management, test strategy development, and execution
  • Experience with integration tests, API tests, end-to-end desktop/mobile, and performance tests
  • Experience with Specflow or Cucumber, xUnit or nUnit, and Protractor
  • Experience with web application test automation using Selenium
  • Experience in JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience with SQL and databases for test setup, debugging, and diagnosis
  • Proficiency in testing concepts
  • Experience working in Agile Development
  • Experience working with GIT, TeamCity, or Jenkins
  • Very good command of both spoken and written English
