Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your tasks
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating and placing job advertisements to scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Create and tailor job descriptions and qualifications to meet applicant and role requirements.
- Attract applicants by placing advertisements, networking with recruiters, and leveraging job sites, social media platforms, and media content in line with company standards.
- Review applicant qualifications by conducting interviews, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to role requirements.
- Coordinate with managers to draft contracts to provide the required information to the relevant HR team member.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting introductory pulse surveys, team introductions, and organizing welcome events, in collaboration with the relevant HR team member.
- Manage the internal promotion process to ensure a pipeline of employee growth and progression.
- Documentation of internal processes.
- Ownership of the recruitment policy.
- Provide internal recruitment training to managers.
- Manage and submit reports on open positions and new starters to HQ in Vienna, including other feedback as required.
- Analyse salary market data to ensure the company remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
- Provide administrative support in updating and maintaining HR systems for new hires
- Participate in ongoing general HR strategy meetings.
- Any additional ad hoc and administrative requests that may arise from time to time.
Your profile
- MQF Level 5 or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years in agency or in-house talent acquisition or recruitment, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes in high volume recruitment environments.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical abilities for market data and reporting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and work permit processes would be considered a plus.
- Understanding of salary benchmarking and recruitment best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
