Are you a passionate leader with a talent for connecting people and building brands in a fast-paced and international environment? Join us as our Team Leader Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (f/m/d) and play a key role in shaping our employer identity while driving excellence in recruiting. You’ll lead a dynamic team of four, dedicated to finding, attracting, and onboarding top talent, all while positioning Greentube as an employer of choice both internally and externally. 

Your tasks

Leadership & Strategy:
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 colleagues in Vienna, aligning Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies with business goals
  • Position Greentube as a top employer through strategic initiatives
Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Support hiring managers with training and best practices
  • Represent Greentube at industry events to attract top talent
  • Track and optimize recruitment KPIs
Employer Branding:
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies across subsidiaries
  • Strengthen internal branding and employee retention
Onboarding & Projects:
  • Oversee onboarding for a smooth new-hire experience
  • Lead cross-functional Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects

Your profile

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in HR, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding 
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing processes 
  • Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in recruitment and employer branding 
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams 
  • Strong project management skills with a results-oriented mindset 
  • Creativity and proficiency in crafting engaging communication materials 
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Hands-on mentality with flexibility, reliability, and discretion 
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
