As a Technical Integration Manager you are responsible for integrating B2B operators.
To achieve that, you work directly together with:
- our sales team to consult future and current suppliers and customers, attend or host customer workshops and international fairs
- our software architects to ensure that existing components are used effectively while creating integration layers to support and manage custom requirements per project
- our operation teams to ensure that the integrations are well documented, monitored and maintained
- our games delivery team to ensure the transparent integration of a wide range of products, which are then published on B2B platforms
Your tasks
- Be the first technical point of contact for integrating a new B2B partner and act as a technical advisor through the integration lifecycle all the way to a successful launch
- Work with a wide variety of departments in order to successfully integrate our portfolio of games with customers and technical providers alike
- Coordinate deployments and product launches and activities with relevant stakeholders with your teams
- Work with stakeholders to understand, document, triage and fix issues or bugs during the integration phase
- Review, comment and advise on technical matters during contract negotiations, including SLAs, time lines and technical product features
Your profile
- A completed higher (B.Sc. or equivalent) technical education
- 2 years of development and 2 years of delivery experience in directly communicating with customers and clients, managing client projects
- Technical background and willingness to learn is vital in this role and some previous experience in software development and RESTful APIs is an advantage
- Experience with large scale multi-user systems, basic IIS administration, debugging & troubleshooting or testing or test automation practices is an advantage
- Previous experience as a product owner or scrum master in an agile framework is an advantage
- Drive and manage the technical integration projects and resolve conflicts effectively
- Defined and managed software requirements with user stories in order to maximize business value
