The Technical Compliance Manager (Monitoring) plays a critical role in ensuring Greentube’s platforms, products, and services meet regulatory requirements across multiple markets. Acting as the bridge between Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Engineering, Product, QA, and Operations, this role translates regulatory obligations into practical technical solutions and ensures their correct implementation and continuous compliance in live environments. With a strong focus on monitoring, validation, and proactive risk management, the role supports both new market entries and the ongoing stability of existing jurisdictions.
Your tasks
- Translates regulatory and legal requirements into clear technical concepts and actionable delivery requirements
- Breaks down high-level compliance needs into user stories with defined acceptance criteria for agile teams
- Leads discovery and grooming sessions with development teams and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinates delivery across Engineering, Product, QA, and Operations to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines
- Oversees and monitors the implementation of approved compliance solutions, ensuring continued alignment with signed-off interpretations
- Defines and performs daily and monthly regulatory monitoring across multiple jurisdictions, escalating issues when required
- Proactively identifies compliance gaps, implementation drift, or control weaknesses in live environments
- Leads and supports compliance-related investigations, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, and solution definition
- Supports QA and validation activities before and after release to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Ensures changes, fixes, and new features do not introduce regulatory risk
- Embeds compliance testing scenarios into development and release processes
- Maintains clear documentation and communicates progress, risks, and timelines proactively to stakeholders
Your profile
- University degree and 5+ years of experience in technical compliance, product, business analysis, or a technology-focused role
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting complex regulations, policies, and standards
- Solid understanding of product development practices and agile methodologies
- Experience driving requirements and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups
- Technically literate, comfortable discussing system concepts, integrations, and platform architecture
- Familiarity with regulatory monitoring, QA testing, risk assessments, investigations, and technical documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused with a high sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to translate technical topics for legal, business, and IT audiences
- German language skills are an advantage
