You would be joining a team with developers, QA specialists and graphic artists, responsible for the continuous development and architectural evolution of our top-notch gaming platforms. To ensure the quality of our products we are searching for a Test Automation Engineer (f/m/d).
We are searching for enthusiastic and engaged people with a strong theoretical background, good coding practices and an open mindset for applying new paradigms, who can help us building state of the art solutions.
Your tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts for Unity applications
- Work closely with the development team to understand the software architecture and requirements for test automation
- Perform manual testing of new features and existing functionalities to identify defects, validate requirements, and determine suitability for automation
- Develop and execute automated test cases for Unity applications, including UI and integration tests, and perform exploratory manual testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Monitor automated test results, troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Continuously improve test automation processes, frameworks, and tools
- Active support of release, build and deployment for continuous integration and delivery
- Collaborate with and train other members of the QA team to ensure high-quality software is delivered to production
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or other relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in test automation
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Knowledge of German would be a plus
- Proficient in Python
- C# is a plus
- Experience with Appium, Selenium, Cypress or Playwright is a plus
- Experience with Unity UI tests is a plus
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
- Experience with source control systems such as Git
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, happy to work with a bigger team and also independently
